Attendance Data — Check-in and check-out times, GPS location at the time of attendance, device identifiers.
Biometric References — Fingerprint templates and face recognition data processed by connected hardware devices.
Device Information — Device model, OS version, IP address, and app version for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

Recording and reporting employee attendance for payroll and HR purposes.
Verifying employee identity through geofence and biometric validation.
Generating payroll, reports, and leave balance calculations.
Sending notifications about attendance corrections, leave approvals, and system alerts.
Improving platform performance and security.

3. Location Data

HajirSewa collects GPS location only when an employee performs a check-in or check-out, or when an active field assignment requires location verification. Background location tracking is used exclusively for field assignment monitoring and is clearly disclosed before activation. Location data is never sold or shared with third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We implement industry-standard security measures including token-based authentication, session binding, and audit logging.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be shared only:

With your employing organization (your employer) for attendance and payroll purposes.
With service providers who assist in operating the platform under strict confidentiality agreements.
When required by applicable law or legal process.

6. Data Retention

Attendance records are retained for the duration of your employment plus a period required by applicable labor laws. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a formal deletion request.

Access the personal data we hold about you.

Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.

The web portal uses essential session cookies for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
